Dr. Carbonell is out of 5. She's very personable. She took the necessary time to listen to me, and explain my options. I never not once felt rushed by her to make a decision and get on with It. I left the office with all the Information I needed. Through the pre surgery testing I felt Dr. Carbonell was professionally kind, thoughtful & respectful. At one point, I had a zoom call because I was filled with angst over surgery. Dr. Carbonell patiently answered my lingering questions. When I was ready I rescheduled surgery. As I was being prep'd for surgery, having Dr. Carbonell come in and talk to me made the whole process as pleasant as it could be. I so appreciate her expertise in uro-gyn surgery. Dr. Carbonell is at the very top of her skill and her bedside manner sits alongside. I hope none of my friends have to have this type of surgery BUT if they do, I will push them into Dr. Carbonell's practice immediately. I have all the praise for her.

All medical staff were helpful. I am a retired RN. I worked for thirty years. Urogenecology was not an arear I had worked in myself I am appreciative for all of the medical staff's help.

Dr. Carbonell listened to all my symptoms and concerns. She presented me with the range of options and included me in the decision-making process. She was specific and clear as well as kind and professional. I was at ease with her bedside manner and was grateful to feel seen and heard.
