Dr Ward is so warm and gentle that my daughter is never afraid whenever she has her visits - she feels extremely comfortable around her. Dr Ward never rushes our appointments and always takes her time answering our questions and concerns. She truly cares about her patients (and their parents!) We moved to the Eastside 3 years ago, and yet she remains our pediatrician despite our move.

I have never had an issue getting an appointment or a return phone call. She always follows up with a phone call just to check on my sick child. She is kind and professional. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in her waiting room and she does not rush when she is with you. She explains everything to her patients so they understand, not just the parents.

We've been blessed to have Dr. Ward care for our kids since they were born, and she has walked with us through some unique medical challenges. I've noticed that she always takes her time with patients and their caregivers, including outside of her usual work hours. She respects her patients, listens well, and makes sure kids and their caregivers understand what she is doing and why. She is holistic in her approach. She also coaches caregivers so that they can continue to provide excellent care at home. Plus, her office is staffed with some of the most caring medical professionals out there.

We were lucky enough to be recommended to Dr Ward with our oldest who is now 12. She’s the one for both our boys and I definitely think our family would be lost without her. She’s not only insanely smart but so personal and remembers every details of both your children and you as a family. I only feel better when Dr. Ward tells me it’s going to be okay because without her stamp of approval I feel lost! She will always make time for you and have her undivided attention during every appointment. She’s also AMAZING with the shots. So fast and light handed that my boys are dreading when they’re older and will have to have a different doctor do it for them! Even though we moved further away we didn’t leave the office and honestly, I would drive hours for our appointments with her.

Her diagnoses have always been accurate, and she’s always available when you need her. You can also gets in for an urgent appointment when necessary. I rarely write reviews for anyone or anything. Dr Ward is the exception. I have been taking my son to Dr Ward for 9 years now. Dr Ward always listens and gives each patient 100% of her attention. She is always right on with her diagnosis and never runs to over medicate. She is so experienced that she knows immediately the course of action to take. Her staff is as wonderful. They are so responsive and kind and always pick up the phone and follow through on all requests. The service and expertise overall is exceptional.

At the same time, she is very up-to-date on latest research and methods. Most importantly, my kids love and trust her. They feel they can comfortably go to her with anything they might wish to discuss, and that means the world to me.

My son is 14 years old and every time we visited, she spent enough time explaining and making decisions. Also, I like how she balances out the homeopathic aspect and Western medicines. She had never had any other symptoms (other than not growing) and Dr. Ward made sure we checked all the boxes. So very thankful for this diagnosis, if it wasn't for her, our daughter may have gone thru puberty without reaching her full growth potential and we would have never known, or known too late. When one of my children had a rare condition that required an immediate ER visit, she was quick to identify it late on a Friday evening in August, getting us in to see her and then into an ER for scans the same evening. She has also made wonderful referrals to some of the best ranked specialists when needed. Her office staff is incredibly responsive and able to work in sick visits or other care quickly as well as all forms and other administrative matters. Their follow up is also wonderful especially compared with other pediatricians and practices that we have had. No matter how routine a matter might seem, they are always follow up to make sure everything has resolved as expected. In addition to being thoughtful, detailed, skilled and kind, Dr Ward and team are also just wonderful people!

Dr. Ward has been treating and taking care of my children since a very young age. They are grown up now and still continue to see Dr. Ward. Dr. Ward is very knowledgeable, up-to-date with all the changes in medicine, very professional, cares about her patients and their families. She spends as much time as needed to speak to every person of the family. I am a doctor myself and so is my husband and we both trust her opinion 100%. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor for my children.

We found Dr Ward after moving to the uws. We have been seeing her for the past year. She is very very kind, always listens to our concerns and takes the time to explain everything, we have never felt rushed and my daughter loves to ask questions and Dr Ward always had an answer for her. My daughter had 3 pediatricians before Dr Ward and I’m upset we didn’t have her from newborn. Honestly I can’t even find the words to describe what a great person and doctor she is. The office staff is also fantastic! Which is a plus . Highly recommend Kimberly piscopo.
