Dr Chudy knew more than most doctors I've seen for my very multi-faceted chronic medical conditions. She and I devised treatment plan, which we had to reinvent based on many issues and, in the end, I am 80% relieved of my symptoms, which have been going on for years. This practice is full of kind, caring, patient staff who all go above and beyond to make sure patients are cared for, comfortable and treated respectfully. Dr. Chudy has been exactly the doctor that I've been looking for for decades. I've had issues with my pelvic floor since my teenage years and no one could diagnose me properly. After six weeks, my situation is dramatically different. Most of the pain has gone away and I feel like a new person. Her accurate diagonses and the treatment plan were spot on, and I am very grateful to her and to Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine for providing such extraordinary care and results.
