Before seeing Dr. Shrikhande I was in almost constant pain and was very limited on activities I could do. Most days I couldn't wait to go to sleep, often with prescription sleep medicine. I have significantly improved and even have periods of time where I feel almost no pain. I'm slowly working to increase my activities and hope to get back to an active lifestyle. It was understood this wouldn't be an overnight fix but for the first time there was hope! I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction, nerves that were improperly "off firing," possibly endometriosis, a tarlov cyst, among other things.
