“Anna was professional while trea...”

Anna was professional while treating me as an individual, answering all my questions to my satisfaction. She helped me feel very comfortable at an appointment that could otherwise have been very uncomfortable. She made me feel assured that I would receive the best care possible regardless of the results of further testing. She clearly defined my options and supported my decision for the next step in my care for the problem that was being assessed.
