“This was my first appt with this...”

This was my first appt with this provider and I was very pleased. She asked a lot of questions and listened closely. She was very personable and never made me feel rushed. She seemed to express genuine concern for my condition and put together an aggressive treatment plan to help me feel better as quickly as possible.
