Lonna is overly thorough in her explanations of general counseling procedures. We believe in her experience and credentials, and have been ready to begin the actual therapy work since we stepped through the door. Her idea of discussing a "miracle day" was good. Giving us specific homework assignments that we can do out of session might provide for productive learning and reflection between appts.
