“As I said, I'm a very friendly p...”
As I said, I'm a very friendly person. I am always smiling. I don't believe that this surgeon has ever truly even looked at my face. He's either reading the computer, making notes on it, or looking at my wound. No concern for me whatsoever. I believe him and his office have no interest in the patients and it's just a job. I literally had my surgeon tell me that he's the doctor and he says it is the way it is when I asked one simple question. One. I also got an infection either during his surgery or during the office visit. I also had a prescription error of half the dose of antibiotics that he ordered. I alerted him to it. And when I came he said well it's just a good thing that you took the right dose. No explanation. No apology. And I'm supposed to trust them with my life. Very unhappy with the institution as a whole. The only people that are friendly are the front desk people. I've never found anyone else to even look up from their desk if I go by them.
