I appreciate that Dr. Bach assumed I had almost no background knowledge. Too many doctors assume that patients know more than they do, but I was never confused by Dr. Bach.

I greatly appreciated Dr Bach listening to my concerns regarding the pain I was experiencing and my hope for some relief, whether from an epidural, PT or surgery, that would allow me to stop taking pain meds.
