“Just not up to snuff. Didn't ha...”

Just not up to snuff. Didn't have a written report of my MRI, couldn't interpret the disc gave a pretty thorough strength and motion test but without knowing anything about the muscle or tendon tears I sort of felt like it was a waste of time.
