After listening to me, Danielle asked if I was ever tested for H-pylori. I never heard of it. I was tested and was positive. I took the medicine she prescribed and was retested and I no longer have it. After being sick for many years and many tests, her diagnosis was correct. I feel like she saved my life. I feel like a different person !

Overall I was upset I didn't receive a call to my first telephone encounter. Then I called the next day and I was given an appointment asap which was great. Although no one called me to discuss which medication to take?! I even sent a message through portal. Not every patient wants to take medication if not needed. I also was upset that I mentioned something and the provider didn't even bother checking. I understand it's below the belt but I had concerns. I also am not a fan of swabbing my own vaginal area. I didn't go to medical school so I would have preferred someone trained to collect the correct sample.
