“It didn't appear the doctor had ...”

It didn't appear the doctor had reviewed my file. He mentioned getting xrays because he didn't think we had gotten them when in fact that was the first thing we did when I started seeing him for this issue. He also mentioned my primary doctor said I have tennis elbow when he advised I had tennis elbow. I had recently advise my primary doctor that he diagnosed me with tennis elbow.
