Very impressed with Dr. Falk. This was a difficult visit because she didn't have good news for me. She handled it with such professionalism and care. She listened very well and heard my concern. She knew what to say to help relieve my anxiety. I appreciate a doctor who can listen and communicate in a way that shows me she truly heard what I said.
