“My clinician was Dr Cook. I felt...”

My clinician was Dr Cook. I felt like he took time to get to know me and develop a good rapport with me while discussing my situation. He was clear and kind, and I didn't feel like he was talking down to me when discussing the more technical aspects of my health. There weren't really any decisions to be made by me (he was giving a recommendation), which is why I only rated that aspect a 4. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cook to others in my situation.
