Professional,ahead of schedule,knew what he was doing of course, friendly. Which amounts to just doing his job,correctly. And to me thats all 10's, because I have encountered professionals that have left me shaking my head in all categories. I saw or felt there was nothing he do better in my opinion. = All good.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Got him in right away and really sat down and explained all scenarios to us and different options we have as he heals and recovers from his injury. Very personable and caring.
