Dr. Ackley is always so pleasant and encouraging. I am so glad he was my surgeon for my back. It has been 2yrs since my operation and I have been pain free since I woke up from surgery. “Excellent customer service. Ever...”

Excellent customer service. Everyone introduced themselves. Very thorough. Very friendly. Took the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Ackley asked if he could pray with me of course, I said Yes and teared up because it was so meaningful. I wish every clinic and everyone in health care was this professional and caring. I left there with a plan that I feel good about.

Dr. Ackley takes the time to explain everything clearly and truly involves you in the decision-making process regarding your care. I appreciated that he did exactly what was needed-nothing more, nothing less. He is incredibly kind and compassionate, which made a big difference in my experience. One of the most meaningful moments for me was when he prayed with me. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to my friends and family.
