He checked to be sure the PA I had just talked to explained how my procedure was to be done and that I understood everything I needed to know to make a decision. He asked whether I had any additional questions. He thoroughly explained why he likes to have his patients use outpatient PT, I could tell he is very intent on his patients having the best outcome from having surgery.
