“I only saw Dr. Ferguson twice an...”

I only saw Dr. Ferguson twice and no other Dr to compare, therefore I gave 9. A friend of mine received a knee replacement before and she had a high opinion about him. Therefore when my primary Dr's office sent me to him I already trusted him.
