She also gave me a number of exercises that I can incorporate into my daily workout routine to help with the ITB related issues with my right knee. Before coming to Christina, I had a lot of shoulder pain, without much success diagnosing myself. I am a rock climber, so having strong shoulders is very important to me--Christina helped me understand the roots of my problem (posture, sleeping habits, technique) and helped me to strengthen other parts of my upper back that have also helped my climbing. 100% recommend.

Over the course of my PT, I improved my range of motion and successfully completed the sessions. She's provided me with a great plan going forward, for continuing my exercises at home.
