“Fantastic PT experience”

Christina was a terrific physical therapist. She was very patient, had great advice and a smart exercise program for me to follow. Over the course of my PT, I improved my range of motion and successfully completed the sessions. She's provided me with a great plan going forward, for continuing my exercises at home. I would definitely return if I ever needed PT again. (Although I hope not to need it!) All in all, a great experience. Thanks so much!

“Professional, compassionate, and transformational to getting me back into my sport!”

Before coming to Christina, I had a lot of shoulder pain, without much success diagnosing myself. I am a rock climber, so having strong shoulders is very important to me--Christina helped me understand the roots of my problem (posture, sleeping habits, technique) and helped me to strengthen other parts of my upper back that have also helped my climbing. 100% recommend.
