Cetti has been very prompt in replying to my online communication with her. Then recently, she asked me to come in to evaluate my blood pressure monitor with the one in the doctor's office. She spent 45+ minutes with me (I expected to get maybe 10 - 15), she answered all of questions confidently, she explained heart conditions relevant to me in understandable detail. She was patient. She was personable. I hope I see her on future visits
