“We drove 3 hours for my appointm...”
We drove 3 hours for my appointment. Arrived at 11:30. Had registered prior to visit My appointment was @1:00P. We were directed to the waiting room. Waited maybe 10 minutes when I was taken to an exam room for vital signs and an EKG. Diana the Nurse Practitioner came In. I was evaluated and examined . I received a copy of my evaluation and instructions for my up coming knee surgery. This was awesome, were were able to get on the road back to west Texas 30 minutes before our scheduled 1:00pm . We were welcomed with kindness, questions were addressed with knowledge and encouragement . Hope to get to see her again. Made our trip back home without the usual traffic back . Well pleased with the attention , care and information. Diana. You are blessed to have this team member.
