Dr. Shalek reviews my previous visits and tests before he gets to the exam room. He take my health care seriously and is my health care co-advocate. I do not get the feeling that I am my only advocate. From my experience, he does not just go through the motions as I have experienced some other health care professionals do. He is genuinely interested in my health.
