Without going into too much detail, let me say only I felt dismissed. I want to say "hey, I'm more than My injured shoulder, treat me like a patient whose concern you can understand and whose Disappointment you take seriously. Don't say, "Well it's not cancer" as if I'm overreacting in my disappointment. That's why I now feel so dismissed.
