“Interesting situation. First met...”

Interesting situation. First met with an associate who did a preliminary exam. Very thorough. Explained that there were three possible choices of action: leave it as is until there is real pain, possible lubrication injections and total shoulder replacement. When I was seen by Dr. Lee, he reiterated the courses of action but omitted the intermediate step which would work for me since I live alone and surgical recovery would be difficult.
