The physician explained in detail what was going on with my knee. He was prepared for my visit and had reviewed an mri from 2022 and had written notes and explained how that contributed to what was happening today. He explained the process, treatment, options , what to expect, why the new brace was needed and what the ortho tech would do. Went over pain management options, blood clot prevention. I felt fully informed, listened to, and very pleased with the care given.
