“This the first ad t time I met t...”

This the first ad t time I met this provider. By her questions and conversation I knew she had read my chart. She also took the times to discuss my lab work and should me comparisons from my last blood work. Also mention that she wanted to do a genetic study do to a history of cancer in my family (twin sister). I have never had that study.
