“Ann Has been my provider for 3 +...”

Ann Has been my provider for 3 + years , she is always on top of my care and next steps. She is professional , courteous and knowledgeable about my care. Since my surgeon is in York, I feel comfortable with Ann because I know she communicates with the surgeon when necessary without having to take time off to run to York.
