“Other than the excessive wait on...”

Other than the excessive wait on my final appointment, the entire process was exemplary. This was my 5th procedure at this facility and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have recommended this facility to family, friends, and even strangers who enquired about the shoulder sling. With all the great treatment and services I've received I shouldn't have reported the one "hick-up" but you asked.
