Arriving on time the X-Ray technician started within 2 minutes of my arrival. Professional and fast scans. Waited less than 5 minutes for Nurse to walk me to Dr. Ervin's exam room. PA within minutes exam and Dr Ervin immediately after she finished. World class care by my Surgeon with a cortisone shot left shoulder.
