He talked very fast and scripted. He appeared frustrated when I was indecisive of the procedure I wanted to go forward with, instead of slowing down and making sure I understood all the pros and cons of my options. I felt as though he was in a rush. After he left a PA came In to fit me for a brace, but never measured me for It, however she did take the time to answer my questions.I did however had to research my own physical therapy since they never gave me the information I asked for.

Dr. Smith clearly explained my diagnosis and my options both now and in the future. I liked that decisions for care were explained and I felt as though we were a team vs being told what I should do. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith , his physician assistant and staff to others.

Excellent care. Listened to my concern. We made a plan together. Dr. Smith explained what to expect and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I did not feel rushed.

My experience was wonderful. The doctor showed me a visual while explaining my condition. Then he gave me three different options. Explaining the pros and cons of each one. His explanations were very thorough and helpful.
