All providers were clear and thorough in their explanations. They incorporated my reports in their decision-making.

The doctor listened to my concerns and explained the whole process so that I won't have to be concerned about the blood thinner that I am on. He gave me a time period to call to set up the surgery.

He appeared frustrated when I was indecisive of the procedure I wanted to go forward with, instead of slowing down and making sure I understood all the pros and cons of my options. I felt as though he was in a rush. After he left a PA came In to fit me for a brace, but never measured me for It, however she did take the time to answer my questions.I did however had to research my own physical therapy since they never gave me the information I asked for.

Dr. Smith clearly explained my diagnosis and my options both now and in the future. I liked that decisions for care were explained and I felt as though we were a team vs being told what I should do. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith , his physician assistant and staff to others.

Excellent care. Listened to my concern. We made a plan together. Dr. Smith explained what to expect and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I did not feel rushed.
