Provider was good, professional, sincere. No complaints! I haven't called Providence for after hours care in a very long time (many years). I was surprised that it wasn't a provider with my regular medical office. However, everyone was professional and skilled, intake person (first call) and RN also. I will followup with primary care but really need to see a rheumatologist, still trying. Very difficult to get appointments in rheumatology (almost impossible) which is true everywhere, not just here.
