The receptionist welcomed me and quickly verified me based on my answers. I completed the online check in so the receptionist again verified I was ready for my appointment. I was called back within 5 minutes and the assistant asked me verifying questions before she took my vitals. After she was done Dr. Chang came in and she pulled up my info and verified I was who she was supposed to be. My follow up was related to my diabetes diagnosis and we went over my labs and checked if I needed any refills. She listened to a couple of my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. Dr. Chang is very professional and instills confidence with her knowledge. I enjoy the team Dr. Chang is a part of. Thank you.

Dr. Chang is an incredible doctor. She cares about her patients and has improved my health . I am sad to see her leave Providence. I will be looking for a new doctor now that she is moving. The remaining doctors are not attentive and I will probably look outside of Providence for a new doctor.
