Dr Chang is always gives me time to listen to my concerns, and answer my questions. When necessary she will send a referral to a specialist In.the area I need help. The only problems I have with making appointments is they are so far out. I recently went ER after a fall and was told to do a follow-up with my primary. When making my appointment I shared that info but still my appointment was out a few months.

Dr. Chang couldn't be a better doctor for me. She recognizes my intelligence and speaks with me at that level. I feel respected and very much "heard." She reads my cues well, supporting me when I need it, being firm, but kind, when I need encouragement or a gentle push. She is very knowledgeable and thorough, yet efficient. I always feel like I am working with Dr. Chang, rather than just being treated as another patient. Dr. Chang is incredible!
