“Appointments aren't necessary - Relationship with front end is priority”
IN 2013, I waited over 45 minutes, asked the front end people how much longer and they replied just a few minutes. After an hour I left. They called me at home and were so verrrrry sorry as they had made an error and would I please re-schedule.
I hate waiting - Today I had a 10:10 appointment. We arrived a bit after 10:00 a.m.. There was an older woman across from us that had an appointment with Monaco at 11:15.
The "person" that calls your name and brings you into the inner office talked with the older woman for a bit, the older woman explained that I had an earlier appointment than she.
Who are you? she said to me. She leaned back into the office, does Larabee have an appointment she asked, then said to me, yeah your ticket just came through.
A few minutes later the same "person" came out to get the 11:15 appointment. I stated we were out of there as it is not fair to take an 11:15 appointment before 10:10 appointment.
she just gave me an unintelligent look and said , I guess I can take you also. The 11:15 appointment kept telling the "person" to take me first.
I knew that if they took both of us, I would just have to wait longer in a "room".
The staff called me at home. They were so verrrrry sorry. Just like last year.
I firmly believe Dr. Monaco does not know what goes on in the front end.
I also believe that the staff records when you arrive thru the 2 way mirror and you must wait a certain amount of time before you are called into the inner sanctum.
Do not go there unless you are willing long long past your appointment.
I will go to someone else -
