“Thoughtful doctor and helpful visit”

Dr Melepura is a good listener with excellent bedside manner. The office is clean and uses technology well, making visits easy and frictionless. The ability to text after the visit and have questions addressed and answered is helpful, though the staff could be clearer about who is responding to what inquiry(billing, pain, medication questions etc.). The doctor is knowledgeable and thoughtful, communicates clearly and is patient with questions and concerns.

Its always easy for me to get in and out of Dr Melepura's office while still experiencing a thorough visit.

I had been struggling with pain in my shoulder for over a year by the time I went to see Melepura. He was able to provide a thorough diagnosis of my condition, and was always available for questions. I am now on the mend thanks to him!

“Great Experience!”

Ive had a great experience with Dr. M. I love how clean and minimal his office is, their use of technology (everything is digital), and the great amount of attention to his patients. Dr. M and Erica, his practice admin provide you excellent service, great followup, and personalization.

Dr. M is down to earth, explains everything in a practical manner and does not force treatments on you but rather provides options and the potential outcome of each option. When I decided I wanted a specific treatment, Dr. M talked me through what that would look like, and during checkups evaluated how I was feeling, improvements, and options on how we should proceed.

Overall, its been really great, and I'm very fortunate to find Dr. Melepura and SPIN.

Dr Melepura and his staff are very kind and knowledgeable.
I felt in very good hands and trust in the advice I received from the doctor. He is really concerned with the patient's needs not only regarding my specific problem-- my knee-- but in my overall well being.
