Nice guy with lots of options for me

I went to a pushy audiologist and decided to try this place because it is a nonprofit. Dr.Gilham was friendly, prompt, and he had options from multiple brands that fit my needs. I felt like he was there to help me - not to push me into buying something that wasn't right for me.

conscientious and thorough

He's great to work with and actualy listened to me when other hearing aid places were just after my money with expensive junk, and I am hearing so much better now!

Finally Found a Good One

After visiting three audiologists and leaving frustrated a friend told me to try this place. I was happy to finally have someone listen to my special hearing issues and provide me with multiple options. I got to "try before you buy" and they convinced me! I am getting regular follow-ups and the staff is very attentive. I am much happier and more social since I can hear.

Ben Gilham is an outstanding audiologist

Ben is my audiologist and I could not be happier with him. He is intelligent, communicates well, really knows his work and makes you feel like he is focused only on you as his client. He provides a lot of education about hearing loss, solutions, how the technology works, and communication strategies. His humor adds to the relaxed and supportive nature of his work with his clients. He's all around one of the best and I trust him.
