“Extremely Helpful Exam and Diagnosis during Illness”
Dr. Michelle Aldrich, whom I have been seeing since 2012, has always been professional and courteous during my appointments and cleanings. My dental health has significantly improved, in addition to my overall knowledge of personal dental hygiene, since coming to Riverbend Dental. I've never had a more attentive and educational dental office than Riverbend; doctors, hygienists, and staff alike are knowledgeable and helpful, and combined with their state-of-the-art equipment and over-the-top amenities to make each client comfortable, I have been consistently blown away by this dental practice. The staff has never disappointed me with their steadfast friendliness and competence. Dr. Aldrich is such an advocate for overall health, which I experienced first hand this past month. Just recently, I came down with a mysterious illness, with the symptoms effecting my mouth and throat. Being unable to see my general physician day-of, I called Riverbend Dental out of desperation, and was so relieved that Dr. Aldrich insisted on seeing me immediately, for which I was extremely grateful. After my examination, Dr. Aldrich insisted on ordering specific prescriptions to bring relief to my symptoms, and called in an antibiotic to get on board while I waited to see my general physician the following day. She was very informative, explaining in great detail her hypotheses for my symptoms, and offering some advice for home care, as well as giving me correct verbiage to explain during my doctor's visit. She went above and beyond to ensure that the Riverbend staff would follow up with me in the following days and weeks, and made detailed notes during both my initial and follow-up visits. Simply put, it's just so nice to feel like your health is a priority, and Dr. Aldrich and the Riverbend staff have always gone above and beyond to make me feel like an invaluable client. They leveled with me and were very patient with my questions about my symptoms, which they always do during my visits, and encouraged me to call if I had any additional questions or concerns. I have to admit, Dr. Aldrich and the RIverbend staff were phenomenally more helpful during this unexpected illness than my physician's office (and I really can't complain about my doctor, if that puts things into perspective). I give full marks to Dr. Aldrich and her staff, not just for their superb care and service over the past few years, but also for this specific incident where I felt like my health was paramount to them. (I only give 4/5 on Accuracy of Diagnosis, as we could never pinpoint just what it was that I contracted. Not because the doctor was incompetent, but simply because that's just how things go sometimes.) Thank you to everyone at Riverbend, especially Dr. Aldrich for being an outstanding dentist, Kimberly for being the most kind and understanding hygienist, and to Jordan for always bringing good humor and cheer to the front desk. I will continue to say nothing but the highest of praises for Riverbend and your team. Thank you for making dental care something to look forward to (massage chairs, neck warmers, blankets, movies, ohmygosh), and for keeping me healthy in more ways than one.
