“My husband, daughter & I were very disappointed with Tom Jensen's treatment and will not return.”
I am experienced in the art of therapy. This treatment was for our adolescent daughter. The explanation he gave of his method seemed canned (like he does it in his sleep.) We felt hurried in (& out) because, as he explained (& showed me on his tablet) he is very booked! I didn't care about his popularity, only about the attention he paid to our daughter.
So in our 2nd appt with Tom he had already forgotten what school our daughter was going to attend (I remembered that his 22 year old daughter went to the SAME school!), what grade she was entering AND HER NAME! If you want to win trust with a 14 year old...how can you forget these facts!? Didn't he review his notes before we came in for the second appt? I guess not. What exactly was I paying for? Not that. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!
