“She helped us help ourselves”
Dr. Ellingham was our marriage counselor. She did the best a counselor can do: she helped us improve our marriage. By the end of each session, I learned something about my marriage and my spouse that I did not know before. She managed to steer the conversation in a way that we told things to each other that we did not before. Needless to say, that new level of open communication helped our marriage a lot.
