Gaining Independence

After a catastrophic auto accident that rendered me non-weight bearing for 3 months I had the opportunity to be under the care of Mitchel Maceda, PT, at the VA Medical Center.

During the first 3 months there was not a whole lot that I could do for rehab. However, Mitchel Maceda did not take that as a road block to move forward in my care. Mitchel printed out pictures, placed the pictures on the walls of my hospital room. I was able to look at the pictures and follow the exercises well.
