“Unprofessional”
I paid Dr Tannenbaum $200.00 for and initial 1 hour consult regarding my fear of heights. I never heard back from the Dr regarding a follow up appt as I was told I would. The initial consult could have been handled by email with a questionnaire and saved time. Since I never heard back from the Dr and she knew I drove 65 miles for the appt I actually thought that my $200.00 would be returned. It's been 7 weeks and not a word from Dr Tannenbaum. Highly unprofessional based on my experience.
