“Receptionist is under trained and uses sarcasm/ rudeness to mask lack of knowledge.”
Good doctor who is helpful and knowledgeable; however the office staff in La Jolla are unprofessional and under trained. They refused to schedule an appointment, so I can't get my prescriptions refilled. They don't understand how insurance works and have unnecessary red tape to mask their lack of knowledge. They should have just apologized and listened while I finished sentences rather than interrupt repeatedly. After seeing Dr. M for years, I will look elsewhere since he can't be reached for scheduling.
