Pam Chin-Lai is one of my favorite people in the entire planet. When I first saw her, I was 16 and in denial about an eating disorder I'd had since I was 10 years old. She gently, but firmly guided me back towards the light. I learned so much from her about health, wellness and loving your body and what it can do for you.
