“Amazing results in a very short time.”
Dr. Baron was recommended by a retired therapist whose opinion I highly value. She has very effectively helped me deal with subconscious childhood traumas and, by using EMDR, a specialized therapy, my general outlook on life and self-esteem have improved tremendously since EMDR works faster than traditional thought therapy. She is very direct, while still being comforting, supportive and non-judgmental. She also has helped me identify many of my repressed negative thoughts and deal with them in a healthier way than I had been doing before. Overall, she is absolutely excellent. I have seen several therapists in my life and she is absolutely one of the best. I'm even seeing her privately and paying for the sessions even though I could get therapy for a small co-pay with my HMO. It's definitely worth the expense of the individual sessions with Dr. Baron!
