“She helped me and she can help you too!”
She was very helpful and does not prescribe. She gives you different ways of coping other than taking medication that just changes people. I never believed in taking anti-depressants and what not because I feel like it makes people worse and not themselves. Eventually people have to rely on it to get up in the morning and I did not want to get myself into a situation like that. Granted, some people do need to be on medication, but some people should not be on it and should look to the more natural approach and that is why I chose Lynne Reveno, RN because she does not prescribe. She was very helpful and helped me a great deal.
