“absolute sweetheart”
Paula is kind, yet firm. She is reassuring and all around an amazing medical provider, teacher, and woman. I wouldn't call it tough love, because she has the rare ability to correct, direct, teach, and lead with a kind of no b.s. approach, but also show compassion and understanding simultaneously. Paula truly has a heart of gold, and she shines her light on all who have the pleasure of meeting her.
