“Multiple unnecessary appointments”
I met with Fidelis 8 times in 12 weeks. He prescribed my medication at the first visit, and did not change it at any of the following appointments, despite my saying that the medicine was not working. I am unsure why I had to see him so frequently, especially since no changes were made.
Beware - you Must have an appointment every 30 days in order to receive more medicine (even for regular antidepressants). Fidel schedules you too frequently (8 visits in 12 weeks), does not listen to you, and his office staff is incompetent. They left personal information on my voicemail, which is a HIPPA violation. They scheduled me at a time when Fidel was not in the office, and did not inform me. They ended up not ever making my last appointment.
