“T. Adelstein PHD had been my therapist for more than 2 years. When I came to his practice I was suffering from a severe PTSD and he helped me a great deal. With his Guidelines and support and caring and patience he helped me to manage my condition”

Dr. Adelstein help me to manage my PTSD to a manageable situation as a matter of fact I am doing so well because of his support and patience and guidance and caring for my condition. He gave me the guidance discuss my issues and alternatives. Also we talk about how can I manage my day-to-day life with his help I highly recommend him for any treatment that has to do with depression, PTSD, and anxiety.
