Karen is the best mental health professional that I have ever met. She has not only improved my wellbeing but also expanded my knowledge on how my body and mind functions. She used the REM technique to allow me to navigate towards pass traumas with an open heart and allow me to re-process the events with new perspectives. I will forever be grateful for having Karen in my life!
