Came to see Dr. Zaino with some wrist pain, and it turned out I was diagnosed with a rare disease on my left wrist (Kienbock Disease) where my lunate bone was not receiving blood and the bone had decayed. Dr. Zaino was super helpful guiding me thru everything, answering all my questions, and helping me make the best and right decisions. “Clavicle Fracture”

I came to see Dr. Zaino with a clavicle fracture where the bone had separated. He instantly recognized it as the type of fracture requiring surgery. I was very skeptic of having surgery but he gave me time to think it over. When it showed no change, I agreed to allow him to perform the surgery. I listened to all of his instructions from there out and made a very quick recovery. I trust him and would return for any future fractures.

I originally went to doctor Zaino because he had excellent reviews from patients, and he did not disappoint. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, and once there he quickly and effectively diagnosed my broken metacarpal, even correcting a mistake made by an urgent care I originally went to (I should have just gone directly to Dr Zaino). He even had something I'd never heard of to immobilize my hand (called the knuckle) that was much more comfortable than a cast or plaster/ace bandage, and I was able to remove it when I showered.

The office staff was extremely friendly and always made me feel welcomed, the location is easy to get to, and the out of pocket cost was very reasonable even with the cheapest Aetna insurance.

I don't like having to go to any doctor, but Dr. Zaino and his staff made it as pleasant as it could possibly be.

On Oct. 6, 2020, I accidently seriously cut the fingers on my left hand with a table saw. My pointer finger was missing half of the the inside tip of the finger going back about 5/8s of an inch. The front of my middle finger up to the first joint was pretty much hanging there. I had cut near the bone at the first joint. Dr. Zaino successfully restored the missing portion of my pointer finger with flesh from my palm, and reconnected the front of the middle finger with two rods. Today, 6 months later, if you looked at my hand, you would not be able to tell that I had any injury. Dr. Zaino is the closest thing to a "Miracle Worker" that I have ever encountered. My appreciation goes beyond words.

I found him through my insurance when no other doctor was available during the middle of a snow storm. Their office was able to see me ASAP for my broken wrist. He explained to me what needed to be done and explained to me what my options were. He also explained what the best option for me was, which was indeed surgery. At my first visit with Dr. Zaino, I was opposed to surgery. But he explained everything and advised surgery was needed. My surgery went well and 3 months later I have very little limitations and my scar is very neat. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Zaino started with a conservative approach to treatment and after 6 weeks, my sagital band tear unfortunately wasn't healing in the manner it should. He was able to quickly schedule a surgery which couldn't have gone smoother. About 4-5 weeks later i was out of my brace and starting PT with no complications.

Dr. Bassett saw me immediately, scheduled an MRI for that night and personally explained the results to me the next morning over the phone. She then scheduled surgery as soon as possible to assist me as I was still experiencing high levels of pain. Throughout the process, Dr. Bassett took time with me, gave me the highest level of personal attention and performed my surgery with top-notch skill. She is a game-changer. Pleasant. This was my first surgery, so I had a bit of trepidation. Dr. Bassett walked me through the scans of my knee, did a clear show & tell of what was paining me. She's apparently an excellent craftsman as well; a week after my surgery, I was bicycling again. I would not recommend damaging your knee doing sports, but if you do, Dr. Bassett is a perfect surgeon to fix you back up!

I am a Patient of Dr.Bassett for two injuries. My right labrum had torn and bone and cartilage was floating around. She performed surgery on my arm and it could not have gone any smoother. The second time was on my left labrum. It is torn from what the MRI showed and Dr.Bassett advised me on her recommendation. Overall I would recommend her for anything she is very competent.

While doing landscaping I heard a pop and watched my bicep curl up, believing I tore my bicep I called Dr. Ashley Bassett’s office to see if I was able to get into. After explaining what happened they were able to squeeze me in. Dr. Bassett immediately knew I tore my bicep and was able to get me for a MRI immediately that day. After reviewing the MRI, it was determined that I need left elbow distal bicep tendon repair. Dr. Bassett made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She constantly explained the next steps and told me what my expectations should be. After the surgery and throughout the follow up appts she was on time and attentive. She kept in constant contact with physical therapist throughout my treatments.

Hopefully I never have to do surgery again but if I do I will definitely utilize Dr. Bassett.

I received ACL reconstruction surgery and my meniscus was repaired as well and I believe that with Dr. Bassett, this went as smooth as it could have possibly gone. She was very good at communicating and answering my questions whenever I had any, and after I told them that I needed to be ready for College soccer by a certain time, they worked with me to get there, doing it safely and cautiously all the time.
