Herrick is very solid. Good listener and provides solid advice regarding whether to proceed with surgery or not. He and his nurse worked well to calm nerves during surgery.
My biggest concern with KCUC is communication and phone system. They are impossible to get a hold of. It took me 3 weeks to get through and I had to use the medical providers line since the patient line was never answered nor were calls returned. Their online contact forms are not responded to either. Post surgery, I was scared about not being able to get a hold of anyone if needed. I was told I could just come in.
I highly suggest they find a new system of communication if the system is the problem. KU uses My Chart and it is amazing!
