“Misrepresents himself by not indicating he is a NP. He has a PhD, so he calls himself Dr.”
Appalled that Provider's Direct never indicated to me that "Dr. Schmaling" was a NP with a PhD. I was lead to believe he was an actual medical doctor. When he came to my home he was incompetent, and asked me what I wanted and gave it to me w/o ever asking questions as to why. He seemed perturbed and acted like he needed to get out of my house in a hurry.
