“questionable billing practices and total lack of empathy”

My wife set up an appointment for my son with Daniela Krotzer, Five days prior to the appointment we received notice that a close family member was dying and we went to cancel the appointment, mind you we gave 5 days notice! On their website it clearly states "all appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice", so clearly we gave her plenty of notice. We're not poor people, this isn't about a few hundred dollar, it's about principle and fairness. Not to mention, it
